As we approach the end of the annual certification cycle, the group is working to finalize its materials for CCHIT Certified 08 efforts, reviewing new volunteer applicants, and preparing to engage in CCHIT Certified 09 efforts.

Inpatient EHR Certification

For the 2007 certification year, Inpatient EHR applications will be accepted for a two-week period on a quarterly basis. The next application period will open November 1, 2007.

Inpatient Work Group

In July 2007, a new Inpatient Work Group was formed. Composed of a variety of healthcare professionals and stakeholders, the group will foster the development of the certification criteria for Inpatient EHR. Review the Inpatient Work Group members.
