CCHIT regularly publishes materials for public comment.

Public Comment period for Proposed Final 09 Criteria and Test Scripts is currently closed.

Public comment closed April 28, 5:00 PM, Central Daylight Time.

Work group responses to previous public comment are also available. This public comment period excludes criteria and test scripts for Personal Health Record (PHR) certification. These will be published for comment at a later date. The launch of the PHR certification program will be delayed to accommodate review of the program’s compliance with new privacy requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
