Certification Commission materials for public comment
The final draft of the 09 certification test script for Health Information Exchange (HIE) has been published for public comment. This is the final opportunity to review the document which will server as the test script for the inaugural HIE certification.
The public comment period is open until December 4.

To participate in the public comment process

Carefully review the material above. If you have extensive comments, you are encouraged to prepare those comments in
advance. Associate each comment with the specific line number for the item.

create a User Name and Password. (NOTE: If you have registered to submit comments during a previous round, your User Name
and Password are still active. Please skip this step.) Make a note of these as you will need them if you wish to update or add to your
comments later. You will receive an email immediately after registration, confirming your User Name and Password.

comments. Once you have logged in, you will see a list (initially empty) of all comments you have submitted. From this list, you
can add a new comment as well as edit or delete any previously entered comment. You may return as many times as
necessary during the comment period to add or update your comments.
Should you forget your password, you can use this form to retrieve
it. If you have other technical difficulties, please describe them in an email to info@cchit.org. If you prefer to send a letter with your comments, please direct it to that email
address with the subject "Public Comments."
